Most of our products can be personalized.

My name is Birgit and I would like to explain to you the process of product personalization.

If you've found an item in our webshop that you like and aren't sure how or whether it can be personalized with a personalized engraving, I'm available to personally advise you before you purchase. Please don't hesitate to contact me; many questions can usually be answered quickly. You can reach me by phone at 03 88 51 – 33 80 08 (09.00 a.m. to 15.00 p.m.) and by email at birgit@clubtags.de.

In our order processing you will find a field “Order notes (optional)”Please use this field to indicate your engraving request. You can enter text here, such as a name. You should also include a note about the desired font. We can use any common font.

If you would like to have a logo engraved, please send us the logo file by email to birgit@clubtags.de after placing your order. We prefer high-resolution vector files (eps / ai / pdf). We cannot process photos or screenshots. If you are unsure whether your idea is feasible, please ask us before ordering.
