We always ship with insurance and a tracking number. Our shipping partners are UPS and DPD. Delivery time is typically 2-5 days.
Germany: Shipping costs €5,90 (DPD Classic), €9,90 (UPS Standard)
EU: Shipping costs €9,90 (DPD)
Due to the constantly increasing volume of parcels from online shopping, there are currently Parcel delivery services are reaching their limits. We recommend that you have your parcels delivered to a parcel shop and pick them up there conveniently. You can find an overview of pick-up stores, including those in your region, here.
If you provided your correct email address when placing your order, you will receive a package notification from the parcel service via email, accurate to within one hour.
Important note: If, in exceptional cases, your package shows signs of transport damage (damage to the shipping box), report this IMMEDIATELY to the driver or at the parcel shop. Claims for transport damage made after this time are not possible.
Delivery is free for purchases over €75 within Germany.
For purchases over €200, delivery is free of charge outside Germany within the EU.
